Hi, I'm Danielle! I'd love for you to join in the joy of movement. Everyone deserves to feel the best in their body and my programming is designed to do exactly that.


My mission and passion is to take the intimidation out of exercise through training that's accessible, sustainable, and effective. I'm here to nourish your body + mind + spirit in a welcoming and curated wellness platform.


We're here to to teach you how to move your body with better form, quality, and connectivity.


Our classes features lots of cueing, modifications, and guidance so you feel supported, encouraged, and educated through our programming.


We all know that regular exercise reaps so many mental and physical benefits. We're here to help you stay strong and flexible and foster a happy and healthy relationship with exercise.

We believe mindful exercise is the ultimate form of self-care. We show up for ourselves and for our bodies with respect, care, and kindness.
